Shipping Time & Processing

At OMRI, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Below is our shipping timeline:

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 7-12 business days
  • In some cases, shipping may take up to an additional 2 business days due to unforeseen delays.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping (7-12 business days) – Currently, we only offer standard shipping.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes. If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, feel free to contact our support team.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within US, NZ, AUS, CA and EU. International shipping is not available.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OMRI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please check with your local carrier or contact us for assistance.
